Jack Allen
Senior Adviser
Jack is a proven policy and communications adviser with years of experience across politics, financial services, trade, and the law.
Jack joined CPR from the Super Members Council (formerly Industry Super Australia), where he devised and implemented engagement strategies, conducted high level research, and prepared submissions, which contributed to significant reforms. Jack advised executives at the highest levels of the Australian superannuation industry and worked directly with federal parliamentarians and regulators.
Prior to his time in financial services, Jack was a senior adviser to numerous members of parliament, where he advised across portfolios including Consumer Affairs, Energy & Renewables, and Innovation. During his time in politics, Jack led policy development, media engagement, and stakeholder outreach.
Jack has an ongoing interest in trade issues, especially in Southeast Asia. At university, he majored in Indonesian and subsequently worked at the Australia Indonesia Business Council (AIBC). Jack’s research on investment opportunities in Indonesia’s mining industry was presented at the International Mining and Resources Conference (IMARC).
Jack holds a Bachelor of Laws and Arts from Monash University and is an admitted Lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
