Cathy Limb

Cathy Limb has more than 19 years of communications experience in corporate, government and media sectors.

Prior to joining CPR Cathy worked for more than three years with global resource companies, Zinifex and Nyrstar, providing communications and public relations support to the executive team at the Hobart Zinc Works and the Rosebery Mine. During this period she advised on stakeholder relations for mining exploration programs, issues management, media, internal communications and managed two brand awareness campaigns. She also successfully managed the highly visible and positive 90th anniversary celebrations for the Hobart Zinc Works which directly engaged thousands of key stakeholders from government to employees to neighbours.

Cathyâs resource sector experience also extends to the forestry industry, having worked for more than two years in Corporate Affairs with Forestry Tasmania.

She brings a sound knowledge and understanding of the media, after 13 years with ABC Radio and Television in Tasmania, Canberra and Sydney, where she specialised in finance and political reporting.
