Michelle specialises in the design and implementation of integrated communications campaigns.
With over 20 years’ experience as a communications consultant, Michelle has led a number of high-profile State Government communication campaigns, provided PR advice for statutory authorities including WorkSafe Victoria and the Victorian Institute of Teaching. She has advised the Ombudsman’s office, law firms, industry superannuation funds, health groups including RDNS and Alzheimer’s Australia Victoria, education bodies and businesses.
From commissioning research through to messaging, branding, media strategy and stakeholder engagement, Michelle works with clients to develop and implement effective communications strategies.
Michelle also leads CPR’s Issues Management practice, advising clients on how to best respond to difficult issues including critical incidents.
Michelle was previously a senior journalist with News Ltd where she covered the rounds of industrial relations, education and politics.
